South Riding Pilates is an in home Pilates Studio. The studio is equipped with a Peak Pilates System Deluxe, STOTT V2 Max Reformers, STOTT Stability Chairs and various props to provide a unique and diverse workout. Owner, Erika Surma is a fully and nationally certified Pilates instructor through the Pilates Method Alliance (PMA). She also completed in 2024 60 in-studio hours of the Classical Pilates basic, intermediate and advanced systems through the Pilates Studio Barcelona in Spain. Erika has over a decade of experience training in studios, gyms and now her own in home studio in South Riding, VA. As a past professional dancer, her passion for movement brought her to the Pilates practice. She has enjoyed training athletes of all types and working with those with back pain or injury. If you are looking to live a healthier life by committing to a new exercise program, you've come to the right place!
